Helen de Haan is a certified Resilience Trainer and Performance Coach with a former career in the professional sports industry, where she honed her expertise in high-performance leadership and resilience. Specializing in Resilient Self-Leadership for Burnout Prevention, she has designed and delivered transformative programs for global corporations, educational institutions, and international organizations. In this course, Helen combines practical strategies and insights from the professional sports world.

Week 3: Unstoppable Motivation & Effective Coping Strategies

Explore effective coping strategies both active and accepting and discover how your sense of control influences your ability to stay resilient.

Week 4: Personal Resilience Plan

The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is an international education institution  that  offers  continuing  education,  further  education,  and  post  graduate advanced  education  courses,  workshops  and  programs  focusing  on  advanced  studies in Leadership and Management. The ALSS also offers short courses that are not credit- bearing, and do not lead to formal qualifications. All attendees who attend all the four presentations for the Mastering the Art of Resilience course will be awarded certificates of successful attendance by the ALSS.
