Course Introduction
The ALSS Neuroleadership in IT is an 8-hour interactive course offered by the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland, Zurich. This course is designed to develop skills for effective leadership in IT.
Effective leadership is essential to the success in IT. Organizations need valuable leaders who can support them to achieve their goals. This course focuses on the theory and practice of neuroleadership in IT.
It is designed to enable participants to understand the basic concepts and develop the analytical skills necessary for effective leadership in IT.
Course Content
In Neuroleadership in Information Technology course participants will explore their leadership, personality, and cognitive styles and learn how these can influence the performance of others.
Course Details
- Duration of the Course: 4 weeks, 2 hours per week.
- Language English
- Start Date: First Tuesday of every month
- Study Options 100 % online per Zoom
- Tutorial fees for the whole course are CHF 490 to be paid at least two weeks before the course starts.
- Admission Requirements Anyone who is, or aspires to get, involved in the industry of IT can enroll on the course.
- Internet access and an email address are required.

Accreditation & Certification
The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is an international education institution that offers continuing education, further education, and post graduate advanced education courses, workshops and programs focusing on advanced studies in Leadership and Management. The ALSS also offers short courses that are not credit- bearing, and do not lead to formal qualifications. All attendees who attend all the four presentations for the Introduction to Sports Law course will be awarded certificates of successful attendance by the ALSS.
